During my more than twenty years career, I have dealt with the operational management of hotel companies for short, medium and long periods, following the accommodation structures during their processes of transformation to adapt to new markets, overseeing all aspects of management and often replacing the managerial or entrepreneurial function. I have direct investments in the sector with owned hotel properties.

I have analyzed and created a Business Plan, set up management controls, followed commercial developments, acquisitions, divestitures and processes of job tertiarization; I have also created important processes of corporate restructuring, dialoguing from time to time with suppliers or capital lenders (banks, private investors or investment funds).
